Patricia Garvais was born and raised in Sidney, Nebraska. She moved to Sterling, Colorado when she was 16 where she met her future husband. She was a stay at home Mom to Kellye and Michael until she was divorced. She then moved to Loveland where she worked as an administrative assistant at a Chemical Fertilizer company. She also learned how to tend bar at a local restaurant and bar.
Pat moved to Denver in 1980 and worked at Lowry Air Force Base at the Airman’s Club tending bar until 1994 when the base was closed. During that time she also worked as Front Desk Manager at the Holiday Inn on Interstate 70 and Chambers.
Pat met her husband in 1992 and has been married for 26 years. She and her husband Ron enjoy walking their two little dogs every day, country western dancing and reading. They also love to root for the Broncos and the Rockies. They have three grandchildren Amber, Jeffrey and Elyssa. They enjoy life every day and are grateful for all their blessings.
Pat retired in 2012 and began volunteering at the Friends Bookstore. She works on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
