Dear Members of the Friends of the Aurora Public Library –
The Board of the Friends of the Aurora Public Library would like all of you to know that the Friends will be participating in our fourth consecutive COLORADO GIVES DAY ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2015. This one day is very important for the Friends as last year we raised nearly $1,400 in only 24 hours! This helps us achieve our mission of providing direct financial donations for the great programs and services of the Aurora Public Libraries!
Last year, over $26.2 million was raised for non-profits just like ours during this 24 Hours to Give Where You Live. Every donation goes further – this year there is also a $1 million Incentive Fund that we will receive a share of – sponsored by Community First Foundation and FirstBank.
This is a very important day for over 1,700 non-profit organizations throughout Colorado – especially small ones like the Friends!
Interested donors can make online donations using a credit card through a secure website sponsored by Community First Foundation. Each non-profit must complete a comprehensive profile that describes their mission and how they accomplish it. You can find our profile at https://www.coloradogives.org/FriendsAuroraLibrary/overview
Donations can be prescheduled NOW so that they will occur on Colorado Gives Day.
