Fonts and Chapter titles

Have you ever considered what decisions go into publishing a book? After the decision to publish the manuscript, there are decisions on the cover for sure, but what else? Font? Chapter titles or lack there of? How to print the titles versus the story? Do you have something you notice when you read a physical book that makes it easier (or harder) to read?
